Behind the doors of Ikaro you will find work, passion, creativity… and a beautiful story of dreams achieved, as Carolina Sánchez (born in Cuenca, Ecuador) and Iñaki Murua (Laguardia, Spain) are two chefs who decided to join their professional and personal paths after meeting at the Basque Culinary Center.

The tandem’s attractive proposal manages to surprise, through technique and humility, fusing their respective culinary worlds. The excellent raw materials from La Rioja are combined with Ecuadorian fruits and spices, resulting in dishes of incredible flavor.
