Adapted tour

Valle Salado de Añana is a cultural and natural salt landscape over 7.000 years old and accessible to all.

Adapted tours make it possible for people with disabilities to take a specially designed itinerary that offers a complete experience: understand the salt works recovery process, understand why and how salt is produced, appreciate its unique fauna and flora, and enjoy the Salt Spa and the therapeutic benefits of saltwater.

Furthermore, we have two adaptated tours, one for motor disabilities and another one for visual disabilities

The tour for the visual disabilities goes along a specially designed trail for a complete experience: the visitor will have the chance to venture inside the Salt Valley and get surrounded by the sounds and atmosphere. Once inside, thanks to a specially designed model for this aim, you will be able to get to know its unique architecture and the salt production system. You will find out the natural origins of the salt water and its hydric system, interacting along them.

The tour for motor disabilities is 200 meters long, across the packing area, brings you the oportunity to find out the secrets of Añana Salt and the worlwide known chefs who support the one of the best salt of the world, and it gets all the way up to the platform where you could admire the beauty of this world unique salt landscape.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity at the Valle Salado Visitor Centre.
